Ingredients:
🍌 3 ripe bananas, mashed
🍬 1 cup caramel sauce
🥄 1 cup granulated sugar
🥚 4 large eggs, separated
🌾 1 cup all-purpose flour
🧂 1/4 teaspoon salt
🥄 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
🍶 Powdered sugar, for dusting
Directions:
1️⃣ Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 10×15-inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Beat Egg Yolks and Sugar: In a bowl, beat egg yolks with sugar until thick and pale.
3️⃣ Add Bananas and Vanilla: Mix in the mashed bananas and vanilla extract.
4️⃣ Whisk Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together flour and salt.
