  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Step 1: Prep the Asparagus

  • Start by trimming the tough ends of the asparagus. Hold each stalk at the bottom and gently snap it – the asparagus will break at the right point, discarding the woody part. Once you've trimmed all the stalks, cut them into 2-inch pieces to make them easier to sauté.

Step 2: Heat the Skillet

Step 3: Sauté the Garlic
